I built this
Make.com automation to streamline the process of collecting, checking, and organizing Google Forms submissions in Google Sheets.
The workflow automatically captures new form responses, searches the spreadsheet for existing records, and uses a Text Parser to identify and match relevant information. A Router then determines whether the submission is a new record or an existing one.
For new submissions, the automation automatically adds a new row to Google Sheets. If the record already exists, it updates the existing row instead of creating a duplicate.
This automation helps reduce manual data entry, prevent duplicate records, improve data accuracy, and keep spreadsheet information organized and up to date.
