Built a Valentine’s Day mini-site for anyone spending the day single 💌
I wanted to create something encouraging instead of cheesy - an interactive scrolling letter that reminds you you’re not rejected, your time will come, and if you like someone… don’t be afraid to tell them.

This piece was more than just a romantic visual; it was an exploration of emotion translated into design.
Love isn’t loud all the time; sometimes it’s subtle, warm, and deeply intentional. I wanted the colors to reflect that.
In terms of composition, balance was everything. The layout was carefully structured to guide the eye naturally, allowing the focal point to breathe while supporting elements complemented the story instead of competing with it. Good design isn’t about adding more; it’s about knowing what to remove.
But beyond aesthetics, this project was about emotional storytelling.
How can a single frame communicate affection?
I built a website where the only interaction is waiting.
No buttons. No scroll. No clicks. You just stay. The longer you stay, the more it reveals — poetry, meaning, beauty. And then it all disappears. Because nothing is permanent. Not even the things you earned by being patient.
Your cursor becomes a flashlight into the past — briefly illuminating what was there. But you can never see the whole thing again.

my favourite workflow now is to start with quick concepts like this then refining them in Affinity and later moving to Unicorn Studio, Lovable/Antigravity to finish the project!
