🕯️ I just published a new fiction piece: Caged.
This story explores family, sacrifice, motherhood, and the weight of carrying everyone else while quietly struggling yourself.
What starts as an ordinary day with a grandmother and her grandson slowly becomes something much heavier.
✍🏽 While writing Caged, I wanted to explore what happens when we spend so much time taking care of everyone around us that we forget to take care of ourselves.
The “monster” in the story represents more than just fear. It represents the things we suppress, the emotions we carry, and the parts of ourselves we keep locked away because life keeps asking us to be strong.
Writing this piece also gave me another opportunity to practice what I’ve been learning about character development, dialogue, imagery, and showing emotion through fiction.

This is my submission for the Seedance 2.5 #contraseedancechallenge
For this challenge, I wanted to create a story that would fit in the required 30 seconds time-limit having into account the one-take continous shot capacity of Seedance 2.5 as well!
The idea that came to my mind after some inspiration listening to Daft Punk:
A fireman that came into a burning house to rescue a dog.
The arrival, the rescue and the ending needed to fit in 30 seconds. Also, I thought this submission would serve as some kind of hommage to this dangerous and selfless profession.
Also, I wanted to create the story because I wanted to transmit the fact that life can change in terrible ways just in a couple of seconds , and fortunately, there's been a lot of stories in which things didn't got worse thanks to somebody else who cared for the common good, even if that meant putting their own lives at risk.

UNRENDERED is a cinematic one-take short film about a woman who is offered the chance to preview every life she could have lived. Moving from a crowded party into parallel versions of success, love, family, failure, loss, and old age, she realizes that no “perfect” life can remove the uncertainty of being human.
At the final door, she is given one last chance to look ahead — but chooses not to. She turns off the screen and walks alone into an ordinary street after the rain. As she steps through a puddle, the reflected sunset shatters beneath her feet and slowly reforms behind her.
I wanted to explore a contradiction that feels especially present today: we are more connected, optimized, and predictable than ever, yet loneliness remains deeply human. The film is not about rejecting love, success, technology, or AI. It is about accepting that other people can walk beside us for parts of our lives, but no one — and no prediction — can live our life for us.
The final question behind the film is simple:
If you could know everything that would happen to you, would it still feel like living?

Her turning the screen off and choosing the puddle over the door is the strongest choice in the whole piece, most versions of this story would have her open it. Was that ending always the plan, or did it change once you saw how the party-to-parallel-lives sequence actually played out?
Title: The Zen of Not Giving a Damn
WHAT I BUILT:
A continuous 30-second photorealistic one-take sci-fi comedy film created natively with Seedance 2.5 in CapCut Video Studio.
The story follows Daniel, an unbothered office worker walking to work with his morning coffee while a full-scale apocalyptic alien invasion erupts around him—collapsing skyscrapers, airborne burning taxis, dimensional rifts, and colossal robotic walkers. Without a single cut, the camera tracks Daniel through revolving glass doors and security turnstiles into a serene open-space office, culminating in the ultimate workplace horror: a jammed printer while a 60-foot leviathan roars right outside the panoramic window.
WHY I MADE IT:
To test the full cinematic limits of Seedance 2.5’s native 30-second continuous generation. My goal was to execute a seamless spatial transition (from extreme outdoor warzone destruction to structured corporate interior), consistent deadpan character acting, and photorealistic physics in one uninterrupted shot.
