So I’m really good at applying to jobs because I don’t actually apply. 
Instead, I look for early-stage startups that look interesting, were recently funded and have opportunities where I can add value. 
Then I send the founder a email, explaining how I could help after I do my due diligence on the company. 
My average job interview conversion rate is about 30%. The average job interview conversion rate is 8%. 
Last year, this landed me a $250K total comp job at a cool startup. 
I’ve been wanting to automate my “no apply” strategy, and turn it into an app that others could use, instead of sending their resumes into black holes. 
And so, I’ve used this challenge to take a stab at building it. It’s by no means done yet. But here’s a sneak peak of what I’ve created thus far…
