My favorite restaurant in Israel is on Allenby Street in Tel Aviv. It's a small crowded room with a charcoal grill, and a line that doesn't end until 2-3 AM.

It's called Jasmino, and I hope everyone is lucky enough to try this place once in their life. Their online presence is a just a Facebook page — no website, no menu, no way to skip the one real downside of the place: the wait.
