I created this Business Performance Dashboard in Power BI to provide a clear view of overall sales and profitability performance. The dashboard tracks key metrics including total sales, orders, quantity, and discounts, while analyzing profit trends by month, region, state, category, and sub-category. Interactive filters for category, city, and year allow users to explore performance and identify important sales and profit trends.
Tools: Power BI, Power Query, DAX, Excel.
Analyzed a retail sales dataset using SQL and Excel to identify sales, profit, order, and regional performance trends. Cleaned and analyzed the data, wrote SQL queries to answer business questions, and built an interactive dashboard to present key findings and support data-driven decision-making.
