Here’s my problem with money: I can be booked solid, delivering results, and instead of thinking “time to raise my rates,” I’m just focused on doing a good job. And when I do think about charging more, my Canadian “sorries” show up and I feel guilty about clients who are actually thrilled with the work.
I keep telling myself to trust the math, but my brain loves the guilt spiral. How do you raise your rates without feeling cringey — and like you need to send a fruit basket afterward?
