Parental Vaccine Beliefs & Social Media Research
Client Research Project | Statistical Analysis & Research Reporting
Completed a quantitative research project examining parental beliefs about childhood vaccines and the influence of social media on those beliefs. I analyzed survey data from 100 participants in California using Stata, applying frequency analysis, chi-square testing, and regression analysis. I also developed statistical tables, interpreted the results, and presented the findings in a structured research report.
Key finding: The analysis showed that social media influenced parental perceptions, while the chi-square test found no significant relationship between parental vaccine beliefs and reported impacts on children's health. Regression analysis identified ethnicity as the only significant predictor among the variables examined.
