Shipped my entry for the @Lovable challenge

I built a booking system for Hartwell Tax & Bookkeeping, a one-person tax office in Montclair, NJ. Claire runs it alone: no front desk, two crazy busy seasons, clients who forget half their documents, and no-shows that leave empty hours.

Now clients book in about two minutes without calling. They see real open times, pick in person or video, and a few quick questions tell them exactly what to bring. After that it runs itself: confirmations with calendar invites and video links, document reminders, one-tap rescheduling, waitlist offers and follow-ups. Claire just opens one screen and sees what actually needs her.
