THE PROCESS • Discovery & Strategy: Mapped the firm's core services, target audience (developers, real estate investors, corporate clients), and competitive landscape to shape a clear UX strategy.

• Information Architecture: Structured content hierarchy across key pages: Hero, Services, Core Capabilities, Portfolio, and Footer, ensuring every section serves a conversion purpose.

• UI Design in Figma: Designed all pages at 393px (mobile-first) with a clean, authoritative visual language: bold typography, high-contrast monochrome photography, and a structured blue-and-white brand palette that signals trust and professionalism.

• Responsive Prototyping: Built interactive prototypes in Figma to simulate the full scroll experience across devices before a single line of code was written.

• WixStudio Implementation: Designs were handed off and built live in WixStudio, preserving pixel-accurate layouts with responsive breakpoints for tablet and desktop.

KEY DESIGN DECISIONS → Mobile-first layout at 393px, mirroring how most African users access the web via smartphone. → Construction photography in black and white: stripped of distraction, amplified in drama. → CTA placement on every fold 'Request a Quote' and 'Next' buttons designed to guide decision-making at every scroll point. → Auto-layout in Figma throughout, ensuring design scales and adapts without breaking across screen sizes.
