Bilingual Digital Dictionary — Indonesian · Kaili Ledo
Designed and deployed a bilingual digital dictionary from scratch — covering full product lifecycle from problem definition, data collection, development, to live web deployment. Piloted with 42 users, achieving 4× vocabulary improvement per session. Built to preserve the Kaili Ledo regional language of Central Sulawesi, Indonesia.

Today felt like a struggle. Trying to polish something that's becoming my baby. Got banned from a couple of subreddits along the way but kept pushing. Learned a lot about how the tone of these posts needs to land, the difference between asking people to use your product and asking people to share something they already carry.
Tomorrow: cleaning up the design system and adding the Figma Weave textures I generated on day one.
