I recently wrapped up a web content project for a newly launched ticketing platform, Teeketa.
The client was stuck in a bind. They needed the site to do two very different things simultaneously: 1. Persuade Event Organisers to host and sell their tickets on the platform. 2. Convince Attendees that this is the safest, easiest place to buy. Addressing B2B and B2C on the same landing page can be a messaging nightmare. It requires a delicate balance of authority and excitement. But there is nothing that the right combination of words can't solve. I did what I do best: turned confusion into clarity.
