Contracted by Slack Global Consulting to support a multi day, multi site staff retreat for Supervisor Holly J. Mitchell, a member of the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors. I managed logistics, coordinated transitions, supported programming, and solved real time operational challenges. This allowed facilitators and leadership to fully engage with staff while I maintained flow, structure, and alignment across each location.
