🌿 Update (Part 2): From an Idea to Opening Day
A few weeks back, I shared that I was diving into the pharmacy space — blending my tech and operations background with something meaningful in healthcare.
Today, it is officially open 🎉
It’s been a journey finding the right spot, handling paperwork, setting up, dealing with vendors, hiring staff, and ensuring every medicine is authentic. Watching it all come together has been surreal.
Now I’m documenting the whole process in an LLM-driven, lessons around compliance, operations, hiring, and distribution. The goal: turn it into a playbook for scaling smarter.
Next up: aligning distribution and launching our online pharmacy to bring more convenience and trust to local communities.
Still early days, but it already feels like the start of something bigger
