Hi everyone! I'm sharing a personal milestone — I’m stepping into the pharmaceutical retail space.
Alongside running my agency Timeahead, I’ve been building our first pharmacy branch in Lahore with my sister, who’s a licensed pharmacist. We’re nearing launch now — final touches on setup, inventory, and compliance before we open doors.
This journey has been eye-opening — from dealing with suppliers, renovations, and licensing to understanding how much inefficiency still exists in retail healthcare. I see massive potential to bring data-driven and tech-enabled solutions into this space, and that’s where I plan to focus next.
I’ll be sharing our opening photos and first-day insights early next week.
