Two things that are around me right now: a chatbot and a landing page.
The main issue with the chatbot is figuring out how to build trust and feel emotionally invested in it as a partner. Its symbolic image as a robot makes it feel even more distant.
On the other hand, I feel that spending time on some landing pages takes too long, and I often feel overwhelmed by all the information.
This is my submission, which utilizes the early usage of the chatbot in the landing page, reduce overloaded information and allow user to find information by interacting with it. Not only test the product first but also find playful character to be your partner.
