When operations feel messy, the problems are usually simple: • Ownership isn’t clear • Work is scattered across tools • Documentation exists, but no one uses it
My approach focuses on simplifying what already exists: clarifying responsibility, centralizing work, and creating documentation that actually supports day-to-day operations.
