A directing lesson from KEEP LIVING: a brand film does not have to explain its idea before it lets you feel it.

We built the 60-second film as a progression: 01 — The Pause: create room to breathe. 02 — Observation: shift attention away from financial pressure. 03 — Flow: use movement, light, and environment to express money as a tool for life. 04 — Human Scale: bring the idea back to lived experience. 05 — Resolution: land on clarity, not urgency.

AI supported the image-to-video work. The human direction was in deciding what each scene needed the audience to feel—and when to hold back.

When you direct a commercial, do you state the idea early, or let the visual sequence earn it first?
