AI-Powered Appointment Booking Automation with n8n
This project showcases an AI-powered appointment booking system built with n8n. The automation works like a conversational booking assistant that can respond to users, collect booking details, check calendar availability, create appointments, and send confirmation emails automatically.
The workflow uses an AI agent connected with memory, knowledge base retrieval, Supabase vector storage, Google Calendar, and Gmail. Instead of manually handling appointment requests, the system guides the user through the booking process in a natural chat experience and completes the operational steps in the background.
The goal of this project was to reduce manual scheduling work, improve response speed, and create a smooth client-facing automation that can be adapted for agencies, consultants, clinics, service businesses, and online booking workflows.
