Soul Studio is a project of a product i wish i had a s a creative.It is a personal project that reimagines productivity for creatives. It is a creative operating system where projects, ideas, inspiration, and deadlines live together in a workspace designed to feel as intentional and inspiring as the work itself. I started by browsing Pinterest, Cosmos, and Awwwards for inspiration — pulling from mood, texture, and motion rather than any single reference. Once I'd settled on a warm burgundy-and-sage palette and uploaded a custom typeface through Finish Layer, the rest of the site built outward from there. The hero opens with a bead-curtain video behind the Soul Studio wordmark, followed by a section where images drop into view and slide in from either side, a rising Adinkra-motif section — each symbol chosen for its actual meaning — and a staggered "staircase" of past projects stamped with roman numerals, styled like entries in a personal archive. At the center of it all sits a Command Center: a custom tool I built and embedded to track my own competitions, client work, and ideas, which is really the reason this site exists in the first place. Everything around it — the fonts, the motion, the layout — was shaped using Squarespace's Finish Layer tools.The Adinkra motifs were generated in Recraft AI, prompted individually to keep each symbol's traditional form and meaning intact rather than relying on a generic "African pattern" look. [I also used a few of Recraft's stock images for — fill in.] I love how easy it was to use squarespace to create effects that would have otherwise required hours of code.
