Contracted to support the development of a full evaluation system for a USDA funded farmers market program. I created a structured framework that included participant tools, mentor tools, data collection forms, and reporting templates. My work focused on building an evaluation system that was clear, practical, and easy for the program team to use. This included setting up tracking tools, organizing data flow, preparing clean documents, and ensuring the program had everything it needed to capture outcomes and meet funder requirements.

This project combined evaluation design, operations support, systems thinking, and detailed organization to help the program move forward with clarity and confidence.
