Happy Inline: A Dual-App Ecosystem for Barbershops
I built this complete two-sided marketplace from the ground up, connecting clients with barbershop owners through a seamless digital experience. The project involved managing two separate codebases sharing a unified backend.
Key Contributions:
• Dual-Platform Architecture: Developed the Client-facing app using React Native (Expo) and the Shop Admin Panel using Flutter.
• QR-Code Routing: Engineered a dynamic routing system via unique QR codes for instant shop discovery and deep-linking.
• Real-Time Communication: Implemented a robust real-time chat module using WebSockets for customer-to-shop messaging.
• Appointment Engine: Built a full scheduling and review system to automate the booking lifecycle.
Tech Stack: React Native, Expo, Flutter, Firebase, RESTful APIs.
Result: Launched successfully on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store, delivering a production-ready solution for the grooming industry.
