The best CRM work doesn’t always happen in a single implementation project. Sometimes the biggest impact comes from continuously improving the system as the business evolves.
That’s been the case with Marsello, where I’ve worked as a long-term HubSpot CRM consultant, supporting the ongoing development and optimisation of their CRM environment.
The engagement has covered everything from CRM structure and data management to workflow automation, reporting, dashboards and continuous improvements to the way HubSpot supports day-to-day operations.
A big part of my role has been identifying where manual processes could be removed, where data could be structured more effectively, and where automation could make the team’s work faster and more consistent.
Rather than treating HubSpot as a system that gets implemented once and then left alone, the focus has been on continuously adapting it as new requirements, processes and opportunities emerge.
To date, the engagement has covered more than 800 pieces of HubSpot CRM work, spanning optimisation, automation, reporting, data management and ongoing platform development.
The result is a CRM environment that continues to evolve alongside the business — with stronger automation, better organised data and clearer visibility for the teams using it.
For me, long-term CRM partnerships like this are particularly valuable because they allow you to move beyond fixing individual problems and start building a platform that gets better over time.
