Appointment management: Customers can book and manage appointments, while staff can organize schedules and service availability to help prevent conflicts.
Customer and team records: Keep customer details and staff information organized so the shop can manage its relationships and day-to-day work more easily.
Services and branches: Manage the services offered and organize operations across shop locations.
Queue and chair coordination: Track the flow of customers waiting for service and coordinate chair availability to help staff manage busy periods.
Payments: Support payment-related steps as part of the customer’s service journey.
Dashboards and activity records: Give shop owners and staff a place to review operational information and relevant activity.
Accounts and live updates: Support controlled account access and keep relevant information up to date as activity happens.
Images and email: Support profile imagery and customer communications within common shop workflows.
