Here are the 4 critical bottlenecks costing businesses clients:
⚡️ 1. Slow Loading Speed
Every second counts. If your page takes longer than 3 seconds to load, over half of mobile visitors bounce before exploring your offer.
📱 2. Poor Mobile Usability
Most traffic originates from mobile devices. Small touch targets, overlapping text, or clunky navigation will instantly push visitors toward your competitors.
🔘 3. Unclear Call-to-Action (CTA)
If visitors don't instantly know what step to take next, they won't take it. Without intuitive, high-visibility CTAs, interest stalls and potential conversions vanish.
🔍 4. Weak Google Visibility
A high-end website is useless if no one can find it. Without solid technical SEO, your site gets buried on page two of search results where potential clients never look.

What if sending money felt a little more like giving a gift?
For Nova, I explored a banking app that brings payments, cards, and a bit of personality together. You can check your balance, browse recent transactions, send or request money, top up, and pay bills.
My favorite part is the digital postcard feature. Before sending a transfer, you can add a little illustrated card—a heart, a birthday greeting, or a playful character. A simple way to make birthday money or a thank-you feel more personal.
I carried that same 3D character into onboarding, pairing it with bold red gradients and large, clear payment details. There’s room for play, while the recipient and amount stay easy to check.
Would you add a postcard to a transfer? I’d love to know what occasion you’d use it for.
