At first glance, it looked like a post about business and fitness. After reading it again, I don't think that it was what I thought.
It's about the uncomfortable reality of doing the same thing for a long time before seeing results. The line that stayed with me was: "Repetition without applause" long after I finished reading. To me, that's what good writing does. It gave me a sentence I"ll remember, not just information.
