My client’s vision was to create a next-generation mock interview platform that helps job seekers prepare for highly competitive roles in tech and business. Their goal was to simulate realistic interview experiences with AI-driven assessments, live coding environments, and behavioral analysis tools.

The main challenge was building a system that could replicate the pressure and complexity of real interviews while maintaining fairness and accuracy. We also had to ensure secure test environments with cheat detection and tab monitoring, which required advanced tracking and analytics.

To address these challenges, I integrated a Monaco code runner for multi-language algorithm testing, implemented webcam and voice analysis for behavioral feedback, and added tab defocus security to monitor candidate focus. The platform was designed to mirror workflows from leading companies like Google, Amazon, and Microsoft, giving candidates a true-to-life preparation experience.

The final solution, PrepAI, is a robust mock interview ecosystem that empowers candidates to practice coding, communication, and problem-solving under realistic conditions, while offering recruiters advanced tools for pre-screening talent.
