I have been actively submitting proposals for the past month. While some have been viewed by clients, I haven’t received any responses or follow-ups. In each proposal, I clearly outline my experience, deliverables, timelines, and pricing.
I would appreciate any guidance on where I might be going wrong or how I can improve my approach to increase client engagement and response rates.

and then… silence
No reply. No response.
Many times, it feels like the platform is the problem.
You switch from one social media platform to another…
or try different freelance platforms…
but the result stays the same.
Most people then start thinking their product or service isn’t good enough.
But honestly…
the problem is often not your product or service...
It’s your proposal.
A normal proposal sounds like:
“I can do this work, I have 2–3 years of experience,
I’ve worked with many clients before,
I can deliver this on time,
please consider me for this project…”
or
“Hi, this is my product, it’s very high quality,
we offer the best price in the market,
you can check it out,
let me know if you’re interested…”
But a good proposal works differently.
Instead of talking about yourself, it sounds more like:
“Hey [Name] (avoid Sir / Mem word),
I saw your requirement and I think the main issue here is [problem].
If this isn’t handled properly, it can affect [result/impact].
I’ve worked on similar cases where we improved [specific result].
For your case, I’d suggest starting with [clear idea/approach].
If you’re open, I can share a quick sample or direction based on your exact requirement.”
It talks about the client.
It shows you understand their problem.
It builds trust before the work even starts.
Over time, I’ve written proposals for 100+ clients,
and one thing became very clear:
A well-written proposal can increase response rate 3–4x
and significantly improve lead-to-conversation conversion.
Same product. Same service. Same skill. Same person.
Different proposal = different results.

“Technical Note: This project is a functional Prototype & Technical Blueprint built to explore advanced Python-driven scoring algorithms and high-fidelity frontend interactions. It serves as a skill-building showcase in data processing and UI/UX engineering, rather than a commercial product.”
The Challenge:
Modern Customer Success teams often struggle with fragmented data. I wanted to build a system that could ingest raw customer data, process it through a custom-weighted health algorithm, and visualize the output in a way that is both intuitive and visually striking.
The Solution:
I developed the Pulse Engine, a dual-layered system consisting of:
A Python Logic Core: A sophisticated engine that calculates "Pulse Scores" using NLP sentiment analysis and weighted usage metrics (Usage, Sentiment, and Time-decay).
An Interactive Dashboard: A premium, glassmorphic frontend that visualizes the technical architecture (via Mermaid.js) and includes a real-time simulator to test how different variables impact customer health.
Key Features & Technical Deep-Dive:
Algorithmic Health Scoring: Developed a custom formula P = (w1·U) + (w2·S) - (w3·T) to predict customer churn risk.
NLP Integration: Built-in sentiment analysis logic to evaluate customer feedback and support tickets.
Advanced Frontend Engineering: Implemented a particle system (Canvas API), 3D tilt effects, and intersection observers for a high-end, responsive user experience.
Scalable Architecture: Designed blueprint adapters for major enterprise tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zendesk.
What I Learned:
System Architecture: How to structure complex logic so it can be easily integrated into automation platforms like n8n or Oracle Cloud.
Performance Optimization: Managing DOM-heavy animations and particle systems without compromising performance.
Data Visualization: Converting abstract mathematical models into interactive, easy-to-understand visual components.
