I began with tone. A clear moodboard defined the emotional direction before production, so every shot served a purpose.
Pacing was shaped by the music. The edit follows the track’s emotional arc while maintaining an editorial rhythm intentional pauses, longer holds, and controlled transitions.
Color was a core storytelling tool. Black and white was chosen to represent independence and resilience. High contrast, bold, and deliberate — not nostalgic for nostalgia’s sake.
This project reflects how I work: concept-first, reference-driven, and intentional at every stage.
