Most websites don’t have a design problem. They have a thinking problem. Every time I start a new project, I don’t open Figma first. I step back. I try to understand: -How the business actually makes money -What competitors are doing right (and wrong) -Where users are dropping off -What’s missing that no one is fixing Because if I skip this… I can design something that looks amazing. But it won’t do anything for the business. And that’s why so many websites fail. They focus on: colors, layouts, animations… Instead of: clarity, positioning, and user decisions. Design is not decoration. It’s a business tool. If it’s not helping you get more customers, it’s not working.
