Saw 2 very comprehensive images while doing the research for Contact Lifecycle Management as it is the domain I would like to be good at. One by Hubspot Knowledge Base, stating the journey how a contact transferred from a subscriber to a customer (and evangelist). The one by AWS, gives more on the decisive actions and responses to each of the stages.
Questions to my fellow freelancers - do they align with your experience when giving consultation to your clients? What tool do the clients often use to do contact lifecycle management? (e.g. Notion, Google Sheet, SAP...)
