RICOCHET is a one-take action film shot entirely from inside a bullet.
A single round is fired down a corridor, misses a woman by an inch,
ricochets up through three floors of a building where fights are already
in progress, falls back down the stairwell shaft, and destroys the
revolver that fired it. No cuts. No dialogue.
I built it this way because the one-take rule usually fights the
filmmaker — here it's the engine. A projectile can only travel forward,
so every change of direction had to be caused by something physical: a
deflection off a pillar, a shattered pane, a burst pipe, gravity. The
camera has no freedom, and that's exactly why the continuity holds.
Workflow: a single timestamped POV prompt in CapCut Video Studio with
Seedance 2.5 — [N] reference images for the corridor, office floor and
stairwell shaft, plus one video reference used for camera pacing only,
generated natively at [30s, 4K]. Every fighter is a backlit silhouette
so no face can drift; the only clearly lit human in the film is the
woman at the near miss. The final frame matches the opening frame, so it
loops.

Why I built it:
Real Hollywood movies use special effects but they still feel real because of good lighting, texture, and small imperfections So I tried to do the same thing here. I asked for film grain, real lighting, and natural details like rust and dust, instead of a clean CGI look. I also removed anything that looked like a video game. My goal was simple: even with sci-fi effects, it should still feel like it was real movie as the real filmmakers make

A single continuous one-take FPV aerial sequence made with Seedance 2.5 and refined in CapCut Video Studio.
I built a 30s bioluminescent aerial war piece that follows a lead rider through a living jungle canopy into a high-stakes mid-air engagement, the goal was to show continuous camera choreography, consistent character/mount design, and cinematic lighting while keeping the shot physically believable (no cuts).
This entry highlights Seedance’s ability to maintain visual continuity across complex motion, and was polished with sound design and color grading to maximize emotional payoff and social engagement.
