Shipping 10 apps on Google Play taught me a simple lesson: a finished app teaches you more than a perfect idea.
Each app forced the same decisions — what to cut, what to keep, and what users actually need on day one. Flutter let me build once for Android, with Dart, Firebase, and REST APIs doing the heavy lifting behind the scenes.
I still use that discipline today: ship, listen, improve, repeat.
