I designed and built MessySite to turn outdated websites into modern, production-ready experiences without treating the process like a simple clone or template swap. The platform imports a site the user owns, analyzes its pages and structure, rebuilds the experience on a modern foundation, optimizes content and discoverability, verifies the result, and prepares it for publishing. I designed the six-stage workflow — Import, Analyze, Rebuild, Optimize, Verify, and Publish — with an emphasis on transparency, ownership, and human review before anything goes live. I led the product strategy, UX, workflow design, application architecture, and positioning from concept through implementation.
