This is a project for a property management business that gets quote requests and loses track of contacts. A request form collects the person's details, property address and needs. The workflow then checks HubSpot for an existing contact with the same email and creates or updates the record, so there are no duplicates. The team gets an instant Slack alert in a new leads channel, and every request is also logged in Google Sheets. Built with n8n, HubSpot, Slack and Google Sheets.

The design direction combines:

• A futuristic dark visual system
The challenge wasn't simply making a file transfer app look modern.
It was creating an experience where users can immediately understand what is transferring, how fast it is moving, and what happened recently.
