A free diagnostic we built for founders. You enter a site, answer a few questions about the business, and get back a short report: what to do first, what second, and what can wait.
It reads what is publicly on the site, compares that against what you tell us about the next six months, and returns a priority order rather than a list of problems. There is no score. The result is not gated. When nothing is broken it says so, which is the part most tools cannot do.
Built with Next.js on Vercel. The judgment is a deterministic matrix; a language model handles classification only.
The same site for branding studios that work for hotels, bars and restaurants, with photos hidden on the page that open under the cursor, a zoom through the selected work and an iris cursor, now as a Next.js 16 project (App Router, static export) and a plain React project (Vite + React Router) in one download. 12 pages, all content in JSON, plain CSS with design tokens, no Tailwind, every page prerendered with sitemap and robots built in.
In the first 30 seconds of landing on your website or profile, visitors have already decided if you are worth their time. The biggest conversion opportunities usually show up right away.
Here is what to check in a 30-second brand audit:
• Clarity: Is it immediately obvious what you do and offer?
• Consistency: Do your visuals, tone, and messaging match across every touchpoint?
• Hierarchy: Is your most important value proposition easy to spot without scrolling?
• Trust: Does your design look credible, polished, and established?
• Relevance: Does the visual direction speak directly to the audience you want to attract?
If your brand falls short on even two of these, you are leaving leads on the table.
