Ryder Diamonds | Luxury Jewellery E-commerce & Store Optimization

I worked on the development and optimization of Ryder Diamonds, a premium jewellery brand specializing in bespoke and handcrafted diamond jewellery. The goal was to create a sophisticated online experience that reflects the brand’s luxury positioning while making it easier for customers to discover collections, explore bespoke designs, and enquire about custom pieces.

The project focused on a clean, premium storefront with intuitive navigation, strong visual hierarchy, organized product collections, compelling product presentation, and clear calls-to-action. I structured the customer journey around key jewellery categories while giving the bespoke experience a dedicated focus.

I also improved the conversion journey by making key actions easier to find, including product discovery, enquiries, consultations, quote requests, and information about the brand’s craftsmanship and bespoke process. The enquiry journey was structured to capture customer requirements and create a smoother path from visitor to potential client.
