Don't Build a Course Before Defining the Outcome
A common mistake when creating an online course is starting with the lessons.
Start with the result instead.
Before you create your first module, ask:
šÆ What should students achieve?
š What do they need to learn?
š ļø What should they be able to do after the course?
Once the outcome is clear, building the lessons becomes much easier.
A good course doesn't just give information. It takes students from where they are to where they want to be.

Construction Training Program
Designed and developed an interactive e-learning experience for a construction training program. Created the course map and learning structure, then designed engaging e-learning activities, job-based scenarios, interactive materials/tool activities, and VR training guidance to prepare learners for real-world construction work.
