A complete website redesign for Bloody Rose Boutique, transforming a generic Shopify storefront into a dark, editorial experience that reflects the brand's alternative fashion identity.
I redesigned the visual system, homepage structure, navigation, merchandising, trust signals, and storytelling to make the digital experience feel much closer to the physical boutique.
