For a high-growth founder, "time" is the most expensive asset. This project focused on high-stakes inbox management and calendar defense. I implemented a strict triage protocol, acting as the primary point of contact for all external stakeholders. By filtering inquiries and synthesizing complex requests into simple decision points, I removed the executive from the "weeds." Achieved and maintained "Inbox Zero" daily and reduced the executive’s meeting load by 30%, allowing them to focus exclusively on revenue-generating strategy.
