Just completed another Power BI project focused on HR Employee Attrition Analysis.
I worked with employee data to understand attrition patterns across different areas such as:

• Business Travel
• Overtime
• Job Satisfaction
• Years at Company
The dashboard includes KPIs, interactive slicers, charts, and a summary table to make HR data easier to understand and analyze.

We haven't disappeared tho we've been building.
so here is what we have been working on, you know job hunting already asks a lot from people.
You find a role that feels like a good fit, spend time applying, and then wonder whether your resume even made it past the first filter.
That's the problem we're working on.
We're building a Chrome extension designed to help job seekers understand how their resume aligns with a job they're applying for and help them tailor it for the role.
Not just:
“Here are the keywords you're missing.”
But helping you understand the gap between your experience and what the role is looking for, then showing you how your resume can be better positioned.
The goal is simple,
Spend less time guessing. Apply with more clarity.
We've just wrapped up the first part of the onboarding, and here's a small snapshot of what we're building.
