CEC Palace, Bucharest

Restoration and rehabilitation project of the historic CEC Palace building, one of the most iconic landmarks in Bucharest.

My involvement included cost estimation, technical coordination, interior restoration works and engineering solutions for integrating modern building systems within a protected historical structure.

Projects like this require a careful balance between heritage preservation and contemporary functionality, experience that I apply today in consulting services related to construction, restoration and development strategy.
