$100k on Upwork. Now I'm here.
Spent the last year grinding on Upwork, crossed $100k last month.
What worked:
Profile that sells outcomes, not skills
Over-deliver early, raise rates often
Say no to bad clients (hardest lesson)
Communication > talent
Why Contra now?
Done with the bidding war. Ready for a platform that respects the craft.
Bringing everything I learned. Excited to build here.
Let's go. 🚀
