Stunning
I built an AI-powered workflow that helps real estate professionals turn property details into polished listings for websites, property portals, and social media. Using Gemini and n8n, it generates the content, highlights key selling points, and flags missing information. Before anything is saved to Airtable, the listing is sent via WhatsApp for approval.
Tools: n8n, Google Gemini, WhatsApp Business, Airtable
Having the listing go to WhatsApp for approval before anything lands in Airtable keeps a human in the loop without slowing the flow down. When Gemini flags missing property info, does the approver fill the gaps in WhatsApp, or does it loop back through n8n for a regenerate?
🚨 90% of Local Businesses in the US & UK are completely invisible to ChatGPT & AI Search.
While everyone is busy fighting for the Google Local 3 Pack, a massive shift just happened:
US and UK consumers aren't just searching "plumber near me" on Google anymore.
They are asking ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Apple Intelligence:
👉 Find me an affordable, 24/7 plumber in Austin with 4.5+ stars and transparent pricing.
Guess where AI gets its answers?
It’s NOT just your Google Business Profile (GBP) categories.
AI engines pull data from:
Unstructured mentions (Reddit, local blogs, forum recommendations).
Niche-specific schema markup on your local landing pages.
Consistent NAP+W data across unstructured micro citations.
Semantic context in customer reviews (the exact wording customers use in reviews).
If your local SEO strategy is still stuck in 2022 (just optimization of GBP + local citations), you are losing high-intent leads every single day.
Quick Audit for your Local Clients Today:
• Search their brand/service on Perplexity or ChatGPT.
• See if the AI recommends them or their competitor.
• Fix their Schema & review keywords based on what AI is looking for.
Local SEO is no longer just about Google Maps; it's about Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) for local search.
