WASHO: laundry pickup and delivery for North Brooklyn
Door to drawer, without the detour.
WASHO is a full laundry business app built with Lovable. Customers book a pickup in under a minute. The owner, Maya, runs the whole operation from one dashboard: route, orders, capacity, customers and emails.
The problem
Small laundry services run on text messages. "Can you pick up today?" "Do you clean duvets?" "When will it be back?" Every booking turns into a long thread, missed pickups cost money, and the owner keeps the whole schedule in her head.
The customer side
• Liquid-glass design with an animated sky and a 3D shirt on a hanger in the hero
• Eight services with clear prices, from Wash & Fold at $2.25/lb to Special Care quotes
• ZIP check for Williamsburg, Greenpoint and Bushwick
• Three-step booking: pick a service, choose a pickup window, confirm
• Live order tracking: Picked up → Washing → Folded → Delivered
• One-tap reminder emails: "I'll be home", "Leave at door" or "Change time"
• Self-serve reschedule and cancel links
The admin side
• Today: pickup route, deliveries, unpaid totals, washer load and 7-day revenue
• Orders: a live board from Booked to Delivered, with drag-and-drop status changes
• Order details: weigh and price items, get an automatic total, card or cash payment, timeline and email log
• Schedule: pickups per window, duvets per day, machine load, and one-click sick days that disappear from booking right away
• Customers: order history, lifetime spend, private notes and a ZIP waitlist
• Emails: confirmations, evening and morning reminders, status updates and a morning digest, each with its own on/off switch
• New bookings show up live

Day 3 of working on my project for the Lovable Challenge.
And somehow, almost one full day of those three went into the intro you see when the page first opens.
Not because it was necessary — mostly because I’ve wanted to try something like this for a long time.
Web design and development are far from my main field, so I kept putting this idea off. This challenge finally gave me a reason to test it properly — and seeing it actually work is ridiculously satisfying.
The video was converted into an image sequence and tied directly to scrolling on desktop and swiping on mobile, so the animation is controlled by the user as they move through the page.
Right now the project is already at Build 4.2.3.
The backend is working properly, the main mechanics are in place, but visually… there’s still a lot to redo. The current plan is to rebuild almost the entire visual layer before the final version.
I also found out today that Lovable reduced the number of prize spots quite significantly — apparently, there will only be 3 finalists.
That definitely makes the odds a little more painful 😅
But either way, I’m already getting a new portfolio case out of this project, and I’m finally experimenting with things I’ve wanted to build for a long time.

I built GlowHaus Concierge for a fictional solo beauty studio in Lekki, Lagos.
The problem: a simple “Can I book with you?” can turn into 10+ messages, checking availability, collecting details, chasing deposits, confirming appointments, and handling reschedules.
So I built a system that turns:
“Can I book with you?” - “You’re booked.”
Customers can:
Choose a service
Pick an available time
Enter their details
Pay a deposit
Get confirmed
Reschedule themselves
And the owner gets a dashboard for bookings, deposits, follow-ups, and automations.
