A look at how HillsShop came together:
Frontend: Next.js and Tailwind CSS for a fast, responsive storefront that works on mobile and desktop.
State: Redux managing the cart and app state, so [adding items, updating quantities, and the cart total] stay in sync across pages.
Backend: Supabase and PostgreSQL handling products, orders, and customer data, with a structured schema that's easy to extend as the catalog grows.
I'm available for freelance projects, custom e-commerce builds, and full-stack web apps. If you need an online store or a production-ready app, let's connect!

Technical performance engineering and Core Web Vitals optimization for comoimportarmicoche.es.
Achieved 92+ performance scores on mobile alongside 100/100 ratings in SEO, Best Practices, and Accessibility on a live production WordPress site by streamlining front-end asset delivery and eliminating backend execution bottlenecks.
Key Engineering Highlights:
• Asset Optimization: Minified, combined, and deferred non-critical CSS/JS, significantly reducing render-blocking resources and critical path latency.
• Next-Gen Media Pipeline: Implemented WebP image conversion, explicit aspect ratio dimensions to eliminate Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS), and native lazy-loading.
• Clean Architecture: Optimized dynamic database queries and custom PHP scripts to maintain near-instant Server Response Time (TTFB) without relying on heavy caching plugins.
• Core Web Vitals Targets: Focused on Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) and Interaction to Next Paint (INP) to deliver sub-1.5s real-world loading times on mobile devices.

Yeah, this was a cold run in PSI. The DB cleanup was actually huge for TTFB—dropped uncached server response under 200ms, mostly by clearing bloated wp_options and fixing custom loops. Caching handles repeat hits, but the backend fix was the main win.
5 things that make a website look expensive (and none of them cost extra)
Most websites don't look cheap because of the budget. They look cheap because of a few small details.
After building sites with Next.js and Framer Motion, here are the 5 things I always get right:
Spacing, then more spacing
Cheap sites are cramped. Premium sites let content breathe. Doubling the padding between sections is the fastest upgrade you can make.
One typeface, used with confidence
Two fonts max. Big, bold headlines, quiet body text. The contrast does the work, not a dozen styles.
Motion with purpose
Elements that fade up as you scroll, buttons that respond on hover. Subtle and fast, under 0.6 seconds. If you notice the animation, it's too much.
A tight color palette
One main color, one accent, neutrals for everything else. Every extra color makes the site feel less sure of itself.
Speed
A site that loads instantly feels premium before anyone reads a word. Optimized images and a modern framework make the difference.
None of these need a big budget. They need someone who sweats the details.
That's exactly how I'm building 10 custom websites in 10 days, for $100 each. If you want one of the 10 spots, send me a message.
Some of you saw the Spotify prototype I shared a couple of weeks ago. A few days later, Frank Bach tweeted about wanting Spotify to remember the album he was on when he jumps to a podcast.
So I prototyped it (React + Motion). The album waits behind the podcast, and one tap takes you back to where you were.
