🐾 Petsy 🐾 An online store for dog and cat clothes. Knits, raincoats, harnesses and beds, sized for pugs, whippets and ragdolls.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🤔 The problem 🤔 • You can't hold a jumper up to a cat. Pet clothes get bought on a guess and sent back in a week. • Size charts list chest in cm, and most owners have never measured their dog. • Product photos show one model breed. Your sausage dog is not that breed. • Most pet shops look like a parts catalogue: rows of thumbnails, no story, no reason to stay.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🚀 What I built 🚀 • A 3D fitting room: a rigged Shiba Inu and a cat wear the same knit. Switch the pet, change the colour, make it walk, and the coat moves with the skeleton. • A full-screen film hero with five chapters of dogs and cats in the clothes. • Shop by kind, plus a New In grid that filters dogs and cats in place. • An Autumn Lookbook: 12 looks, each opening into the full outfit with every piece shoppable. • Brand spotlights with drag-to-scroll product rails. • A magnifier on every product photo, accordion review cards and a "Complete the look" bundle. • 18 pages with one design system: Fraunces and DM Sans, oat and terracotta, one motion scale for every hover and transition.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ⚙️ The automation ⚙️ • AI size finder: enter breed, chest and weight, get a size and the reason for it. • Ask Petsy, a shopping assistant that picks products, manages your bag, tracks orders and starts checkout. • Orders run on Base44 server functions. The checkout ends in a receipt with a transaction ID: paid, pending or failed. • Order tracking checks every lookup on the server. • Gift card codes get minted on the server, so nobody can guess one. • Accounts with sign up, log in and password reset, plus an admin page for products and stock, locked behind login.
