Memory Dealer is a cinematic cyberpunk sci-fi short set in a future where memories have become the world's most valuable currency. A mysterious dealer sells people their happiest moments—until one customer discovers the memories were never hers. With every sale, he quietly gives away a piece of his own past, leading to a tragic final reveal.

For the workflow, I used Renoise Canvas to plan the entire film before generating the final shots. I started by creating consistent character references for the Memory Dealer and the customer, then built environment references for the neon cyberpunk city and memory shop to keep the visual style cohesive. From there, I mapped the narrative into sequential scenes, generated cinematic keyframes, and refined each shot with consistent lighting, color grading, and camera direction to achieve a Blade Runner-inspired look with a clear emotional progression and plot twist.
