Stop losing leads to the "5-minute rule".
If you don't reply to a lead within 5 minutes, conversion drops drastically. But generic auto-replies feel robotic and kill deals.
My solution is a "Human-in-the-Loop" workflow (n8n + GPT).
A new lead triggers the AI to write a personalized response based on the inquiry.
But instead of sending blindly, it creates a Gmail Draft and pings me on Slack.
I review the draft on my phone, approve it, and hit send. Speed meets control.
The real magic isn't the simple node structure (see image)—it's the prompts. I engineer the AI to match a specific tone and context, so the draft sounds like me, not like a chatbot.
