PROJECT Title: E-Commerce Data Organization & Inventory Dashboard Setup

Project Description: Overview
A growing online retail brand needed assistance cleaning, structuring, and organizing a messy inventory dataset containing over 500 product listings across multiple supplier sheets.
The Challenge
The original dataset suffered from inconsistent product formatting, duplicate entries, missing SKU codes, and broken pricing logic. This caused delays in tracking stock levels and updating store prices.
My Approach & Solution
Data Cleaning & Standardization: Audited the raw dataset, removed duplicate listings, standardized formatting across all product columns (SKUs, categories, pricing), and filled in missing details via targeted web research.
Formula & Automation Setup: Applied custom VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and conditional formatting rules to automatically highlight low-stock items and calculate dynamic profit margins.
Executive Summary Dashboard: Created a clean, visual summary tab allowing the client to monitor total inventory value and top-performing categories at a glance.
The Results
Cleaned and organized 500+ product entries with 100% data accuracy.
Reduced the client's weekly inventory tracking time by roughly 4 hours.
Delivered an easy-to-use spreadsheet template ready for immediate team use.
